Brad + Hillary’s spectacular Newport Beach wedding |

The setting was Washington DC, it was four years ago. Hillary had recently graduated from USC and had made the decision to go to Georgetown nursing school. The only downside to this move was that she didn’t know anyone in DC. Luckily Hillary had a friend who happened to know a great guy named Brad that lived in DC and would be willing to show her around town. After a brief phone conversation Hillary and Brad were meeting at a local pub for drinks. From that moment they were inseparable. It has been four years and they have been dating ever since. Not only is their love story straight out of a movie, but their wedding was just as magical.

Their wedding takes place in Newport Beach at the beautiful Big Canyon Country Club. Friends and family came from all over the U.S. to celebrate their love.

The decor and floral arrangements were exquisite thanks to Paul Fenner from Roger’s Gardens in Corona Del Mar. If you have never been to Roger’s Gardens it is AMAZING! Christmas is especially magical… it’s definitely worth the drive.

From the programs to the pied piper, every detail was given great thought and was pulled off perfectly by Katy Higgins with Cosmopolitan Events.

I was pleasantly greeted by 75 degree weather after leaving the 102 degree heat in Temecula. The girls all got ready at Hillary’s parents home in Newport Beach. It was a beautiful day with a slight breeze, which made their water front home the perfect place for photos.

LOVED Hillary’s Kate Spade shoes, they were the perfect accent to her dress.

Brad and his groomsmen were photographed at the beautiful Big Canyon Country Club. They had a beautiful board room, wine cellar and perfectly manicured archways.

Such a beautiful couple!

Hillary & Brad enjoyed the cocktail hour with their guests on the perfectly manicured greens. At the bottom of the hour bag pipes could be heard and a pied piper stood nearby announcing the beginning of the reception. Starting with the bridal party a line formed that lead the guests to the reception hall that overlooked the whole property. It was breathtaking!

The guests were entertained by one of the best live bands I have EVER hear. Soulville was out-of-this-world! There were times I could have sworn they were playing the original track… oh no… they were just that good. Everyone danced the night away, there wasn’t a moment the dance floor was not full.
